It is with sadness that we have heard of the passing of David (Dan) Sutton, long term servant of our close neighbours, West Bridgford Rugby Club, as well as Nottinghamshire and NLD RFU.
Cricket was his other sport with a lifelong involvement with Radcliffe on Trent CC.
He unfortunately had suffered with his health in recent years.
Our condolences and thoughts are with his family and close friends, of which there are many.
I am sure I speak for all those who knew him, as a player, selector and supreme administrator, that whatever he did, he did with a keen sense of the core values our game prides itself in.
He will be hugely missed by all at Nottingham Moderns RFC
