Please could everybody turn up at 10.15 for a short warm up session. the game will start at 11.00am.
As the weather is forecast to be bad for the whole of January, so please could you ensure the boys bring warm clothes etc. for when they are not playing and also dry clothes to change into at the end of the match is the pitches are bad.
In the event of any matches cancelled following a early morning pitch inspection, I will send out an email as close to 9.00am as possible and also post the decision on our page of the website.

Kitchen duty - 13th April 2014

Thanks to those who volunteered for the kitchen duty last Sunday.
I know its early days, but if you can help in our last kitchen duty of the season on the above date, please let Helen Tasker know as soon as you can (thetaskers66@sky.com). I know there will be a rush, hence the early email!

South Notts Real Ale Festival - 2nd - 4th May 2014

We are now gearing up for the 3rd annual festival of the South Notts Real Ale Festival held at the club every year on the bank holiday weekend of the clubs Presidents day. This is an important fund raiser for the club and all your support is encouraged for the event.
Tickets are now on sale for the Friday night ticket only event from Rob Careless and myself. This is a great night with many ales and ciders for your enjoyment (that are to be consumed responsibly of course) plus local bands playing for your entertainment!
If anybody would also like to get involved as a volunteer over the weekend, please let Rob or myself know. There is always plenty to do and all help will be gratefully received.

Club House

As a considerable amount of money has been spent on the refurbishment of the club house in the past few months we all want to keep it as clean as possible. Could all players please bring a change of clothes in the event of bad weather to minimise mud being brought in from the pitches to try to keep the club house as clean as possible in the winter months. Changing rooms are now available for all players. Removal of boots is a must before entering the club following matches.

Subs

As we start the second half of the season, subs are now due.

If you have registered online, you should have received a payment reminder over the Christmas period.

As always, please make sure the lads arrive on time and with the usual drinks, gum shields and as the weather is starting to close in, appropriate clothing for the conditions.
